Our goal at Backrite is to get you what you need in a timely and efficient manner and to keep you updated with all the information we may be able to provide you. You will be notified via email when your order is entered, has an estimated shipping date, has backordered items, incorrect pricing, etc.
If a product is out-of-stock, we will notify you via email and provide an estimated day of delivery. If your order is delayed for any reason, such as, an invalid credit card, backordered items or an incorrect shipping address, you will be notified via email of any delays.
In our effort to expedite delivery of out-of-stock items, your order may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier. Some manufacturers do not ship same-day , so please allow additional delivery time on drop-shipped orders.
We ship to all locations within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses will typically be shipped via US Postal Service. Depending on the country, other charges may apply, such as, import duties and custom fees, which may require payment upon delivery. (We recommend that you check with your local customs authority regarding any possible duties or taxes prior to finalizing your order. Restocking fees may be applied if an order is returned to us due to any unpaid duties, taxes or fees).
International shipments may require an additional surcharge, depending on the shipping location, inaccurate shipping information and/or the weight of your purchased product(s). To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your order, please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing your order. Our FREE SHIPPING promotion applies to any orders that total $300.00 or more. Shipping charges are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Your approval of any increase in charges will be required prior to the processing of your order. Shipping charges are based on actual product shipping weight + shipping destination.
Please note: we are unable to process and/or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Backrite is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, such as, adverse weather conditions, shipping carrier holiday schedules, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc.
Should you need to return you merchandise, please call Backrite Customer Service at 1-972-980-7483 in order to expedite your return and ensure proper credit to your account.
With the exception of the products listed below, most items (see below for more details) are returnable within thirty (30) days of a receipt for a refund. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund and require a restocking fee not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchased price. If shipping was originally free (included in price) the cost of shipping to the customer will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping and must either include the original shipping box and materials, or a new shipping box, including shipping labels.
Due to size, weight or adjustment periods, some items have specific return policies as shown below.
Tempur-Pedic® fully warranties the return of their mattresses for a full ninety (90) days after delivery. Due to the natural adjustment period, we at Backrite, request that you keep your mattress for a full sixty (60) days but less than ninety (90) days prior to requesting a return, to give a better chance for adjustment. If at the end of the adjustment period you wish to return your mattress, we can arrange for a pick-up upon issuing a Return Authorization code (RA#). Upon return of the mattress, your purchase price will be fully refunded minus the shipping both ways (which can vary) and the manufacturer’s restocking fee of $199.00 MINIMUM. As stated above, the customer must have the mattress in either the original box or a new box and packing materials before pick-up occurs. The customer also has the right to find their own shipping company and shipping rates but must also notify Backrite before arranging the pick-up.
Due to shipping and delivery cost considerations, adjustable bed frames and electric (adjustable) bases are non-returnable.
Due to health code policies limiting the resale of bedding items pillows, mattress overlays, pillow covers, and mattress covers are non-returnable.
Personal accessories that make direct contact with the skin such as neck supports, handheld massagers, back belts, cold/heat packs, ice packs and aromatherapy/spa products are non-returnable.
